Our Blue Harbour Black is a Truffle Vodka is crafted in a multiple plate column copper still from Australian wheat, filtered 5 times, diluted with fresh Australian spring water, then infused with fresh Perigord Australian Black Truffles, harvested between June and August.

Blue Harbour Black has a bright gold colour, its velvety texture and deep flavour makes it the perfect ingredient for signature cocktails. The intense aroma and flavour of our fresh truffles.

We produce a limited number of bottles bottles per season.

Each bottle is Numbered & Signed.
