Our Blue Harbour Black is a truffle vodka crafted in a multiple-plate column copper still from Australian wheat, filtered five times, diluted with fresh Australian spring water, then infused with fresh Périgord Australian black truffles harvested between June and August.
Blue Harbour Black has a bright gold colour. Its velvety texture and the deep, intense aroma and flavour of our fresh truffles make it the perfect ingredient for signature cocktails.
We produce a limited number of bottles each season. Each bottle is numbered and signed.
