A truffle vodka crafted in a multiple-plate column copper still from Australian wheat, filtered five times, diluted with fresh Australian spring water, then infused with fresh Périgord Australian black truffles harvested between June and August. Bright gold in colour with a velvety texture and deep, intense flavour — the perfect ingredient for signature cocktails. We produce a limited number of bottles each season, each one numbered and signed.
