Our spirits range is crafted in a copper still with a multi-plate column from Australian wheat, filtered multiple times, diluted with fresh Australian spring water, infused with Australian botanicals and then hand bottled — resulting in the cleanest and softest spirit.

  1. Australian grainHome-grown wheat forms the base of the range. The whisky is made from Australian barley, and the baijiu adds sorghum, rice and barley.
  2. Copper stillDistilled in a multi-plate column copper still.
  3. FilteredFiltered multiple times, five times for each spirit in the collection.
  4. Spring waterDiluted with the purest, freshest Australian spring water.
  5. BotanicalsInfused with Australian botanicals, from the secret gin recipe to the fresh Périgord black truffles in Blue Harbour Black.
  6. Hand bottledBottled by hand, for the cleanest and softest spirit.
